The cupcake dress

First I was thinking of what I could do that wouldn't be something other people would do. So then, I started thinking of food, because I was hungry. Then I thought I really really want a cupcake because I haven't had one in a long time. Then I thought of a cupcake dress. I didn't know how to do it... but then I thought of the idea to make it a top and a skirt that makes like a dress.
